The certifications

Three certifications. One way of teaching.

Each certification stands on its own. All three share the same foundation: you learn grounded concepts, experience the work as a participant, practice facilitating, and develop your own judgment and style.

  • A guide beside you, with curiosity and collaboration
  • Room to explore and reprogram your own patterns and blocks for embodied understanding and greater capacity to hold space for others

“I don't say this lightly. I completed a clinical doctorate, which I paid over $100K for, and I feel the same level of support at A Deep Space™ AND unlike most clinical programs, it’s trauma informed”

Your training path

Build your training path.

One modality gives you a place to begin. Combining them gives you more ways to respond.

Hypnosis develops your ability to work with suggestion and subconscious patterns. Breathwork brings an active, body-based dimension to your sessions. Sound adds another way to shape attention, atmosphere, and experience. Choose two or three to build a more versatile toolkit around the people you serve and the work you want to offer.

Each certification stands on its own, so you can also begin with one.

Recommended for an integrative toolkit: two trainings

Choose one, two, or three certifications

How you learn

Feel the work. Practice it. Embody it. Make it yours.

  1. Experience

Every class includes a hypnotic drop-in, so you know the work as a participant before you guide it.

  2. Learn

Grounded, science-forward concepts, taught with consent, choice, pacing, and trauma awareness built in.

  3. Practice

Peer practice lets you facilitate, receive, and try again in a supported setting.

  4. Reflect

Feedback in class and in the WhatsApp thread helps you notice what’s working and what to adjust.

  5. Integrate

You bring it together in your own judgment, voice, and style.

Schedules, duration, and assessment differ by program.

Your own voice

Start with scripts. Develop your own voice.

Scripts and the resource library give you practical language to begin with. Through practice and feedback, you learn to adapt them to the people you facilitate: their preferences, their responses, and the setting you’re working in.

Your virtual campus

Where your certification lives.

Your training lives in the Mighty Networks app, on desktop and mobile. Download the app, complete your profile, and keep it somewhere easy to reach.

Inside, you’ll find

  • Your live class schedule and Zoom links
  • Facilitator resources and training materials
  • Your graduation requirements

Personal growth & community

Support while you learn to support others.

There’s room for you in this training. Bring your questions, notice your own patterns and blocks as they come up, and explore them at your own pace. What you share, and how deeply you engage, is always your choice.

Between classes

WhatsApp group thread

A shared thread with the people learning alongside you, for questions, encouragement, and feedback as you practice.

Choosing your training

Do I need prior experience?

No prior experience is necessary, and there is no minimum age requirement. Our trainings welcome new practitioners as well as established coaches, therapists, and space holders who want to expand their skills.

Can I take one certification or combine multiple trainings?

Each certification is complete on its own. Choose one to develop your skills in a particular modality, or combine two or more for an integrative toolkit.

You can take the trainings together or separately, according to each program’s schedule.

How do I choose the right training?

Choose clinical hypnosis if you’re drawn to subconscious patterns, hypnotic language, and individualized change work.

Choose breathwork if you want to guide active, body-based experiences for individuals and groups.

Choose sound if you’re interested in musicality, instruments, and creating immersive experiences.

If you’re drawn to more than one, combining trainings gives you more ways to personalize your offerings. You’re welcome to message us on WhatsApp for help choosing.

What does trauma-informed mean in practice?

It means consent, choice, pacing, and responsiveness are part of how we teach and facilitate.

You’ll practice explaining what to expect, offering options, checking consent, and adapting to individual responses. You’ll learn to recognize when someone may need a slower pace, a pause, or more support, and use resourcing to help them connect with something steadying.

In your own learning, you choose what to share and how deeply to participate. Emotional intensity and personal disclosure are not requirements for meaningful learning.

Will I experience the work myself?

Yes. Personal experience is part of your education. Every certification includes hypnotic drop-ins, peer practice, and opportunities to explore your own patterns while developing your facilitation skills.

You’re encouraged to use the learning environment for your own growth, with agency over what you share and how you engage.

Learning and certification

How much time should I set aside?

Plan for at least three hours per week, with additional time as needed for practice and certification requirements.

Much of the learning is self-paced, and most supplementary homework is optional. We encourage agency over your schedule while providing clear requirements for certification. Required classes, labs, client work, and assessments still need to be completed.

How long does Clinical Integrative Hypnosis take?

CHC can be completed in as little as 16 weeks. Your timeline depends on the schedule you build, your participation, and completion of the certification requirements.

Enrollment is open throughout the year, and classes run on a rolling schedule. Choose an access tier that gives you enough time for the pace you want to take.

What if I miss a class? Are recordings available?

For breathwork and sound, recordings are available, and missed classes can be made up through lab sessions.

CHC works differently: you build your own schedule from the rolling class calendar, so there is no fixed cohort sequence to fall behind on. To protect student privacy, CHC class recordings are available only to students who attended that particular class.

What do I need to complete to become certified?

For CHC, you’ll complete the required curriculum, required lab attendance, nine client sessions across three case study clients, written reflections for those sessions, and a final observed practicum.

Breathwork and sound students complete the required labs and embodiment exercises alongside their training.

Certification requires completion of the applicable program requirements.

What if I need more practice?

Applied Practice and Integration Lab sessions are available throughout the month. These give you opportunities to practice, ask questions, receive feedback, and continue developing your skills.

Participation is subject to your program access period.

What does certification qualify me to do?

Certification documents your completion of A Deep Space™’s requirements for the modality you studied. The training develops practical skills for incorporating that modality into your offerings, within your competence and applicable scope of practice.

Certification is separate from a professional license. It does not independently qualify you to practice psychotherapy, medicine, or another regulated healthcare profession. How you use your training depends on your existing credentials and the requirements where you practice.

Is your Clinical Integrative Hypnosis Certification accredited?

Our CHC program is independently developed and is not currently accredited by a private hypnosis association.

Hypnosis certification does not have one universally recognized accreditation standard. Private hypnosis associations offer their own credentials, memberships, and training standards. These are distinct from government-issued professional licenses, and requirements for practicing vary by location and existing professional credentials.

Why have we developed our own curriculum?

Founder Lindsey Harris was personally certified through the National Guild of Hypnotists. She chose to develop an independent curriculum that reflects A Deep Space™’s emphasis on trauma-informed care, individualized facilitation, and experiential learning.

Our curriculum brings together foundational hypnosis skills with neuroscience, nervous system education, parts-based perspectives, and the study of frameworks such as polyvagal theory, memory reconsolidation, and predictive processing. These are taught with attention to their evidence, applications, and limitations.

Your certification reflects completion of our required education, ethics and scope-of-practice training, client case studies, reflective work, and observed competency assessment. Our Code of Ethics, training standards, competency requirements, and safety protocols are established and upheld internally.

Can I join a professional association after graduating?

Each organization sets its own eligibility requirements. If you’re interested in joining one, we’re happy to provide documentation of your training hours, curriculum, and certification so you can confirm eligibility directly with that organization. Membership or acceptance is not guaranteed.

We may pursue external accreditation in the future for professional recognition. Any such accreditation would remain distinct from professional licensure.

Can I continue learning after graduation?

Yes. Additional classes taken after graduation can form part of your continuing education with A Deep Space™, subject to your access tier.

If you need credit for a professional license or external credential, check with the relevant organization before assuming a class meets its requirements.

Do I need to buy instruments for sound training?

No. Instruments are provided for use during the in-person training, and purchasing a kit is not required. Instrument kits are available to purchase if you’d like your own.

What is included during the sound training weekend?

The in-person training includes access to instruments and snacks. Lodging and meals are not included, so please arrange those separately.

Tuition, access, and applying

Are payment options or scholarships available?

Klarna and Afterpay are available as payment options, subject to provider approval and terms.

Scholarships and deferments may be considered upon application and according to individual circumstances. Message us if you’d like to discuss your needs; availability and approval are not guaranteed.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Training enrollments are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If your circumstances change, contact us to discuss whether a deferment may be available.

Please review the enrollment terms before committing. This policy does not limit any rights that apply under applicable law.

How long will I have access?

Your access to training materials and eligible learning opportunities lasts for the period included in your selected tier: six months, twelve months, or lifetime.

Students receive lifetime access to the WhatsApp community. Community access is separate from access to classes, recordings, and other training resources.

How do the three complimentary months of Membership 0.0 work?

Every certification includes three complimentary months of Membership 0.0, pronounced “Membership Zero.”

Your three months begin when you register for the membership. A payment card is required. After the complimentary period, membership automatically renews at the rate shown when you register unless you cancel before renewal.

Is business support included?

Business-building support is offered separately through the Space Holder Business Accelerator.

Students and alumni can join at the discounted rate of $197 per month for support developing the business side of their practice.

Does applying commit me to enrolling?

No. The application is free and does not commit you to enrolling. You can update your training preferences during the application process.

Once you enroll, the enrollment terms and cancellation policy apply.

What happens after I apply?

Your application will be reviewed privately, and you’ll receive a response by email within 72 hours.

After submitting, you’ll also have the option to message us on WhatsApp if you have questions or anything you’d like to add.

Still deciding, or have a question we haven’t answered?

Choose the skills you want to build.
